We want you to love your Little Scriptures pieces.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

• the damaged item(s)
• the shipping box
• the packaging materials

We'll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original, like-new condition.
• All original packaging must be included.
• Return requests made after 15 days cannot be accepted.

If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method.

Handmade Ceramics

Every Little Scriptures piece is handcrafted. Slight variations in glaze, color, shape, artwork placement, and other natural characteristics are part of the handmade process and make each piece uniquely beautiful. These variations are expected and are not considered defects.
